These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the event company Flitz Collective LLC (hereinafter referred to as "we", "our", "the Company", "Flitz Collective"), Identification Code: 402348624, Address: 28/6 Mtavarangelozi St., Tbilisi; Email: info@flitzcollective.com, and the user (hereinafter referred to as "you", "the User").
Website/Platform: Flitzcollective.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform").
Scope of Activity: The Company organizes musical, cultural, and entertainment events and provides a unified informational and promotional space for its users through the Platform (Flitz Community).
Profile (Personal Account/Community Membership) – A personal profile registered by the User on the Platform, through which they become a member of the Flitz Community.
Database – A collection of information gathered by the Company from users registered on the Platform.
Partner Provider (Ticket Operator) – A third-party, authorized electronic platform, TNET LLC, Identification Code: 402116474; Address: Floor 3, #129a Nutsubidze St., Tbilisi; Corporate Email: hello@tnet.ge, info@tnet.ge; Phone Number: +(995 32) 2 47 01 57, through which the direct sale and validation of admission tickets for Flitz Collective events are carried out.
Promo Code / Exclusive Link – A unique digital identifier sent to the registered User via email, granting them the exclusive right to purchase event tickets during the pre-sale phase, to access special tickets intended solely for Flitz Community members, or to purchase tickets at a special price.
To fully utilize the Platform's services, receive exclusive offers, and gain access to the pre-sale (early bird sales) phase of events, user registration on the website Flitzcollective.com is mandatory.
By registering on the Platform and agreeing to these Terms, the User grants the Company the right to include their data in the unified Flitz information database.
Based on their presence in the database, the Company will have direct access to the User's contact channels (email, phone number) in order to periodically provide information regarding various promotional offers, discounts, new events, and exclusive updates.
By registering on the Platform, the User gives explicit and unconditional consent for their personal data (first name, last name, email, phone number) to be transferred to and shared with Flitz Collective's partner provider and ticket sales company (operator), TNET LLC.
The exclusive purposes of sharing this data are:
The Company and the Partner Provider undertake to process and store the User's personal data in full compliance with the active legislation of Georgia "On Personal Data Protection".
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you confirm and agree that:
The User is entitled to request the cancellation of their profile and removal from the database at any time by sending a written request to the Company's official email.
Upon profile closure, the User automatically loses access to exclusive Flitz Community offers, promotional codes, and early ticket purchase privileges.
Data deletion and retention are carried out in accordance with the legislation of Georgia "On Personal Data Protection". If there is an ongoing legal or financial dispute (e.g., related to ticket transfer or cancellation), the data will be deleted immediately upon the final resolution of the dispute.

პრომო კოდი / ექსკლუზიური ლინკი – უნიკალური ციფრული იდენტიფიკატორი, რომელიც ეგზავნება რეგისტრირებულ მომხმარებელს მეილზე და აძლევს მას ღონისძიების ბილეთების პრე-სეილზე (Pre-sale), სპეციალური ბილეთების განკუთვნილი მხოლოდ Flitz Community-ს წევრებისთვის, ან სპეციალურ ფასად შეძენის ექსკლუზიურ უფლებას.
პლატფორმის სერვისებით სრულყოფილად სარგებლობისთვის, ექსკლუზიური შეთავაზებების მისაღებად და ღონისძიებებზე პრე-სეილის (ადრეული გაყიდვების) ეტაპზე წვდომისთვის, აუცილებელია მომხმარებლის რეგისტრაცია საიტზე: Flitzcollective.com.
პლატფორმაზე რეგისტრაციითა და წინამდებარე წესებზე დათანხმებით, მომხმარებელი აძლევს კომპანიას უფლებას, შეიყვანოს მისი მონაცემები Flitz-ის ერთიან საინფორმაციო მონაცემთა ბაზაში.
მონაცემთა ბაზაში არსებობის საფუძველზე, კომპანიას ექნება უშუალო წვდომა მომხმარებლის საკონტაქტო არხებთან (ელ-ფოსტა, ტელეფონის ნომერი), რათა პერიოდულად მიაწოდოს მას ინფორმაცია სხვადასხვა სააქციო შეთავაზებების, ფასდაკლებების, ახალი ივენთებისა და ექსკლუზიური სიახლეების შესახებ.
პლატფორმაზე რეგისტრაციით, მომხმარებელი აცხადებს მკაფიო და უპირობო თანხმობას, რომ მისი პერსონალური მონაცემები (სახელი, გვარი, ელ-ფოსტა, ტელეფონის ნომერი) გადაეცეს და გაუზიარდეს Flitz Collective-ის პარტნიორ პროვაიდერ ბილეთების გამყიდველ კომპანიას (ოპერატორს) შპს. თინეთი (TNET).

პროფილის დახურვის შემთხვევაში, მომხმარებელი ავტომატურად კარგავს წვდომას Flitz Community-ს ექსკლუზიურ შეთავაზებებზე, სააქციო კოდებსა და ბილეთების წინასწარი ყიდვის უფლებაზე.
მონაცემთა წაშლა და შენახვა ხორციელდება „პერსონალურ მონაცემთა დაცვის შესახებ" საქართველოს კანონმდებლობის შესაბამისად. თუ არსებობს მიმდინარე სამართლებრივი ან ფინანსური დავა (მაგ. ბილეთის გადაცემასთან ან გაუქმებასთან დაკავშირებით), მონაცემები წაიშლება დავის საბოლოოდ გადაჭრისთანავე.
